Hi, I applied for PR under CEC and have Nov 2019 AOR - my processing time finished 6 months last week and I have had no updates yet. I applied through an agent and want to check what stage my application is at right now (eligibility, security etc) - is it possible to raise a webform myself and not through the agent?
