Webform for additional document

Hi,
I received additional document request in March and submitted the documents in April within the deadline, along with LoE for PCC. Now Ihave received my PCC and submitted it via webform (old version as the new version was showing error). However, I did not receive an automated confirmation email on webform submission. Please let me know if can anyone knowns how to confirm the PCC submission or in case anyone has submitted ADR via webform recently.
