My agent made a complaint regarding the delays on my application, I want to know how much time they get to give a response

Waiting for more than 4 month , I am depressed now waiting for so much long .

There's no real timeline for responses. It can take several weeks. Most likely the response will be a standard reply that processing is taking longer due to COVID or something like that.

It's unfortunately not at all unusual to wait several months for a study permit to be processed.
