Web Form Question

I have a question regarding Webform.
If a representative (spouse in my case), is submitting a web form to IRCC on my behalf.
In the last step it asks for Date of birth and email id ?
whose DOB and email should that be ?
Representative or Applicant's ?


By default, we are getting applicant;s DOB and Representative email id there

Web form has two sections.

1. Applicant Information

2. Enquirer Information
