I recently sent a document to ircc through webform, today I got a two email from ircc at the same time
First email said we have received your documents imm**** and it have be forwarded to the responsible officer for they consider
Second email said we have received your request but the documents in question u have not provided
So I'm a bit confused at the moment if they have the documents are not
