We use different names on Facebook and other social media sites, So If I send chats with those names is it an issue?

Not an issue at all, as long as you can show the Facebook account belongs to you guys, such as showing the account profile page with your emails or your profile pics on it.

Bro if u change name, all ur chat logs will be converted to new name,i did same

You should screenshot everything that's relevant. Wouldn't hurt to screenshot pics of you guys together and showing your friends' comments, that will show your friends know about your relationship

what i did is i emailed Whatsapp., Viber and facebook chat logs to my email and then took print of them as per desired pages.

I have different name in my contact list as well My wife name is Aisha but on her passport the spellings are Aishia. So i wrote Aisha in my contact list because we pronounce it as Aisha. Shall i also change it?
