"We started processing your application on [date]" What does it mean?

how long will take to get per-arrival or PPR ? after they sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 6, 2020.

Mine was transfer on nov 29
Dec 9 aor 2
And still waiting
7 days left to hit one year mark

I’m I same boat same thing said nov 2019 processing your application and now it’s end of March still waiting I wonder if we have to wait longer because of Coronavirus
 
Can someone please help me out. I received aor2 on Feb 9th. October 2019 applicant. Bio done, police clearance done, additional documents sent also. File is in Sydney,Australia from Feb 9th. Sponsors status tool says decision made and PA says in process.
I still didnt get a request for medical.
And eligibility says: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements from 2weeks.
Bcg check says: we are processing your application.
My question is,is it normal to not receive medical requests up till now?
Please help.

its normal. usually principal applicants will receive medical request once they started working your principal applicants side (your in process now will receive it soon)
