Hello All,

On the Client Application Status page, it says the followings:

"We sent you correspondence on Oct 14, 2022. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

But we have not received any email or mail.

I noticed my mailing address on IRCC's client application status page is different than my current home address. I am in India and my mailing address shows a Canadian address. Shouldn't my mailing address be the same as my current home address?

Your mailing address can be different. Residence is where you live. Mailing address is where you get your mail. Some people may have a PO Box at a post office and get their mail there.

I agree mailing address could be different. But in my case, I want to receive any correspondence to my current address.

So you have to update your profile. You had mail sent to you 9 months ago so you need to find out what information you were asked to submit..

Did your chq your GCKey account? Natuarally, any correspondance comes to your GCKey account

So you have to update your profile. You had mail sent to you 9 months ago so you need to find out what information you were asked to submit..
Thank you for info. I changed the mailing address but it could take 5 business days to update. How would I find out what type of information was sent to the wrong address? I don't have a GCKey account .
