Way to extend work permit

Is there a way to extend a work permit without PNP and LMIA.

Is there any other way for employer to help you extend your work-permit.

You need an LMIA, or a provincial nomination (PNP), or AOR under Express Entry.

As for how the employer can help you, the only way is through getting an approved LMIA.

Yes you can appply for an extension at boarder, But there is no gurantee that you will get it on the boarder or not

Take your application and all supporting documents
also take your PNP
