Thank you everyone for your kind messages! I pray and hope everyone's files get processed as quick as ours, so you can join your spouses/ have your spouses join you in Canada :) After sending a pre-paid UPS etiquette to Warsaw on Friday morning, they sent the parcel right away and our documents are currently in Louisville, Kentucky. Should be in Canada by next Wednesday.
I plan to describe the landing process in detail, with photos, if possible; for all the future PRs flagpoling through Peace Arch border crossing (Vancouver BC).

I've made three different estimates, based on the last 3, 5 and 7 successful candidates. I've calculated it based on the dates we got our Sponsorship Approval dates.
jcallahan I love your estimates! People going through this process have the most detail-oriented, neurotic, factual, meticulous, statistical minds. It's fantastic.

Hello everyone,

The tracker for return envelope with my COPR from CPC-O has activated on Thursday evening, and on Friday afternoon (yesterday) I got it in my mailbox. Very happy, we drove to the Canada-USA border in Peace Arch same evening. And at midnight I have landed as a PR. It looks like it's the end of the process haha, after sending my documents in the middle of February...

The landing procedure was very quick. We have waited maybe 10 minutes on US border where we were taken to secondary inspection, just to issue me a denial of entry to USA (That's what they call flagpole, so I don't enter USA (even though I could....) Anyway right after they let us go with one piece of paper and we followed "Return to Canada" sign. 2 minutes later we are at Canadian customs. Very nice officer welcomes us and once I asked if it's a normal procedure, being denied entry to USA while landing as PR he jokes that apparently they don't want me there anymore, but I'm very welcome to come back to Canada^^. He clarifies that it's a normal procedure and they will have in their system that I was denied entry, just because I was landing as a PR in Canada. It shouldn't have any bad influence in the future. He asked us if we are bringing any commercial good, firearms etc and sends us to Canadian secondary inspection. Because it was midnight, we were the only people there. Another officer checks my documents, asks me to initial in couple places on my COPR, to certify that I'm still married and that all the information there are correct. After signing, he gives me couple pages to read about my rights and obligations as PR. That explains how to get my SIN number etc. 10 minutes later, he tells me that in order to keep my PR status, for every 5 years I have to spend 2 years in Canada. However time spent abroad with my spouse counts towards it too. Also if I work for a Canadian company abroad, that time will count as well. The requirement on my COPR that we have to live together in a relationship for another two years, can be completed also by living abroad, as long as we prove that we are living together.

Then I was given a little Canadian flag, they stamped the COPR into my passport (big legal size paper folded 10 times) with the information I should keep it there till I get my PR card (usually takes 6 weeks) and I was good to go. The whole thing took not more than 30 minutes.

In general very pleasant experience. Life feels the same, but different at the same time :) Now, time to get a job!

Thank you everybody for the experiences you have all shared on this website. I will try to follow the thread for some time, and if anyone has any questions, I'll try to help and clarify doubts you all might have. Very likely I'll be back to this forum in couple of years, while applying for citizenship :D Good luck !

Today I emailed VWO asking for them to send my documents by courier at my charge. We will see how long it's going to take.
I hope that I'll receive my documents until the end of the week.

It's official. We received the VISA + COPR yesterday!!!

There was a little bit scare with one item in the COPR related to Place of Birth, as there was a missing letter at the end of the town my wife was born in. I quickly e-mailed them yesterday morning and they replied back immediately, saying that do not worry about it, as the printer has space limitations issues. We will try to add it at POE by the immigration officer to avoid future issues with other documentations. I wish everyone a very successful process and a happy life with your significant others. No one understands the pain, stress and excitement we go through, but luckily the Warsaw office is a fantastic, fast and efficient office.

Please check your COPR very carefully upon receipt because after reading many many forums, this is a very big problem. Errors in names, gender, nationality, DOB is subject to typos and potential big problems in the future when applying for citizenship, etc.

I would love to add my timeline to the "Excel" spreadsheet for future applicants. Where do I find this sheet?

Oh you can't imagine what a relief it is.... The job is not done yet. Tons of papers to be completed once she arrives to Canada, but at least this unknown part is over. Thank you I will update the spreadsheet for everyone's benefit. I see a lot of creative statistical analysis and probability calculations by all waiting members. Anything to pass the time and make ourselves feel sane. :)

Thanks MilesAway, and sorry for your and your wife's loss. Definitely a hard time to go through. Today they updated the ecase and said that medical results have been received. So hopefully this means they are working on it. And congrats to all that have recently been granted decision made. Hopefully not much longer for the 4 of us on the chart close on the same timeline, thanks for the help on the chart as well.. kinda not to good on the computer :)

I noticed mine this morning as well had updated to show the medicals had been received. Based on the data in the spreadsheet it's hard to tell if that means anything as someone people had this line added at the same time as AOR1. Hopefully it does mean that they are looking at our files and started processing them. The pattern I see in the data is that the last group of people got their passport request together, usually near the end of the month.

Good news will be on it's way eventually for us :) good luck and keep us posted!

VWO is very fast! I sent them an email asking to send my COPR by a courier yesterday and we already received our documents today :)

It took us only:
- 69 days since AOR2 to COPR
- 91 days since SA to COPR
- 152 days in total, since App. Received to COPR
It could be even faster but it took us around 7 days to send copies of my passport and some extra evidence plus around 4 days to send an email to set up the courier shipment.
Good job VWO!

I keep my fingers crossed for all applicants!

Hey Guys, Just an update, My wife got notified for submission of passport to a VO in Russia on September 30th. She was in New York and flew back on October 6th. Submitted it to the VO on the 7th. They sent it off to Warsaw, and she received her passport back in her home city of Saratov on October 11th. Incredible turn around time! They told her at the office that it was going to take 3 weeks to get her passport back, so we banked on that, and booked a flight near the middle of November (just in case it got delayed). For all intents and purposes we are done now. She has until December 17th to get here (medical date). We would bump up the flight, but considering she just paid to go back to Russia, she might as well stay and spend some time with her family.

Thanks so much guys for all the help and advice. I was a fairly silent partner in the forum, but I actively traversed all our correspondence, which was a great help, both morally and strategically! Good luck to everyone else! And when in doubt, remember the old adage, "when you you've waited so long, and you're finally ready to give up hope, you'll probably get your PPR the next day". Good luck everyone, feel free to message me if you would like any additional details.
