Im sick of trying to get a TRV, Haha. We just go to my grandparents place in spain to visit each other.

I tried twice for a trv. My wife has a good job home etc. first we tried to have her and my son come, denied. Second time I tried to bring my 12 yr old son for a holiday but it was denied. The gcms notes said they were confused why he would want to come without his mother!! So yes we have given up.

We did get a request for an updated personal background. Back to when she was 18 not the ten they asked for and a custody document clarification so somebody is at least in the building.

Also, what is the current processing time for Warsaw? It used to be 12 months, and I am noticing that ppl get approved much more quickly than that, but the spreadsheet says, um, 15? when the CIC website gives the average processing time for ALL outland application to be 13 months? Or am I just having problems reading the spreadsheet?

wow! I know it's still painful to wait, of course, but hey - from April to, hopefully, September, is super quick! Fingers crossed for you guys!

We got DM 95 days since they received our application, 9 days later we got PPR, and 7 days later we got CoPR in the mail. We landed the following day. Got our PR card in the mail 54 days after.

This was our timeline.

I hope now the fact that summer has ended, the processing cases will start to move. I want to believe that summer vacations might have slowed down the office work.
