I sponsored my husband and child in oct 2014 my case was dragged ane i had an interview since i do hijab and therefore there were no photos of our marriage.i was called for an interview to determine the bonafide of my relation and to deteemine my intent to move there with my husband.
My application was refused and the officer clearly told me she was a 100% satisfied with our relation but still we failed to prove our intent to move.
Now i have filed an appeal and i want to temporarily visit canada with both my children, i had a son 3 months back.
I want to kickstart my settlement plans and buy a house there while my husband stays back in pakistan.
Should i apoly for a trv for my children what are the chances that it will be denied ? How am i supposed to go about it ? I want to visit for a month.
Note that my children are not citizens as im not a naturalized nor a born citizen.

So are you a PR then living outside Canada with your children and husband? So if so are you still meeting the residency obligation ?

Your children are likely Canadian citizens provided they were born after you became a Canadian citizen. Have you applied to obtain proof of citizenship for them yet? If not, you should do that as soon as possible.

Ah - understand. In that case they do need TRVs to visit Canada. Have you applied yet?
