I have a situation here, My wife is in Canada on WP and she is pregnant.....i want to visit her at the time of dilevery of our first child. She will be eligible to apply for PR after 4 months and will include me in her PR application for spouse sponsorship but it will be too late.
I have very good job here in pakistan, can show good amount in my bank account but dont have enough family ties here in my homeland. The only family tie i have is that I live with my mother and 1 sister, the home in which we live is on my mother's name and we all childers (3 sisters & 1 Brother) are inderit property dependent.
Secondly i am the only earning menmber of my family...which means my mother and my sister is my responsibility....can i show this situation in my covering letter....will this help.
Honestly all i want is to visit her for 15 - 20 days on single entry visa to takecare of her while she is on her maternity leaves.
My questions are:
What are the main factors which can be included in for showing family ties?
What are my chances for getting TRV?
Do i need an invitation letter from my wife?
What documents should i attache with my application?
