Yes - you can certainly leave Canada. You don't have to wait until your divorce is finalized.

So my divorce won’t stop just because I left the country .

I can't comment on that. I would recommend you speak with your divorce attorney.

Your divorce case will continue in your absence. Nonetheless, you should consult your lawyer to reconfirm this.

As you are so close to getting your citizenship, you may want to consider hosting your family on visitor visas instead of returning to your home country.

A divorce is usually very painful and traumatic. Don't lose hope. There's always light at the end of the tunnel :)

Thanks for your help . And my family doesn’t want to travel here . So this is why I’m going back home . Thanks I will consult with my lawyer before I leave . Thanks

Do I have to be present to sign my divorce papers or can I give my lawyer a power of attorney and he sign for me ?

Depending on where you are in the proceeding, you may need to sign another affidavit but since you mentioned yoy have a lawyer, who I assume is a family lawyer, the best advice will come from him or her instead of an immigration forum full of non-lawyers.

You must sign the application form for the divorce and the affidavit for divorce before a commissioner at the family court.

Your lawyer cannot sign the divorce application form as your proxy/legal representative because he is not the person applying for divorce
