want to get my wife into canada while the long waiting in process of sponsor app

we have separated since last Oct, and just have my sponsor application completed, and case transferred to HongKong at middle of Feb this year. we heard it still about a year to wait. it is suffer and I cant leave Canada also. this rule is suck and we are suffering badly. is there any possibility to apply a visitor visa or permit, so my wife can come to Canada for a few months, or maybe wait her application completed.

any one could let these immigration office or minster know this type of case, and issue us the open work permit or visitor visa or any legal status like the inland applicants.

Yes - your wife can certainly apply for a visitor visa (although there is no guarantee it will be approved and it does tend to be more difficult to get an approved visa if you have a PR application in progress).

No - applying for the visitor visa will not harm the PR application. So go ahead and apply.
