Hi

A friend of mine/wife/child wants to do PR landing. They are currently in Toronto. None of them can drive.
I can drive them to the border with US. I dont want to cross into US.
All 3 of them have got valid US tourist visa.

Question I have are:
1. If I drive them to thousand island bridge, can they walk across to US and come back walking and do PR landing?
2. Can they walk into US, spend some time and return to Canada so as not to flagpole and receive a refusal?

Another question I have is:
If they take a bus from Toronto to Buffalo, spend some time in Buffalo (Say 4-5 hours) and return by bus to Toronto, can they do PR landing at the Canadian border? Is it allowed when you traveling back by the bus?

No, I don’t think there is a broader could allow walking passengers except Rainbow Bridge, which has limited time and quota to serve landing applicants.

I went 1000 Islands last week, I only see drive ways but not passenger roads.

Also, it is NOT refusal for doing flagpole. Nothing will stamped on passports, and no refusal records will be recorded under flagpoling ppl’s name in the US broader system.

I saw somewhere on the forum mentioned bus landing is not allowed, but I’m too sure.
