Waiving Citizenship Grant Fees

No federal elections in near future.you have to pay 630 $ for application.
When they raised all other fees recently, they didn't raise the citizenship fee. I think that's all anyone's going to get. If they waive from a certain time, people filed just before the waiver will be upset.
I'd rather them charge me the fee and continue their effort to process the application quickly than charge nothing and be left with no incentive to process citizenship applications within a reasonable period of time.
