Hi. I'm applying online for my Citizenship. I'm over 54 years old, so I don't have any English test done. Couldn't finish language proof due to Missing information and errors below. It still required some proof. Some suggestions, please. No options to do the test because of low levels of education in the first language.

You've done something incorrectly in the application. I did this recently for a family member - either by age it knows it's not required, or you select a drop down where you don't do it because of age, but it will say not needed because >55 years of age.
