I applied CEC PR in Feb2012 , received AOR in June2012, it's been almost an year so far... haven't heard anything from Immigration.

I emailed them, they say routine dialogue " Your request is in process and an officer will review and office agents will contact you back within due times, thanks for your correspondence "

I emailed them thrice and they sent me same thing...

Please help & share your experiences

Don't worry, at the time you applied, I believe the processing time was 14-15 months according to CIC. People on here have been getting their PPR in about a year to a year and a half, and some people waited even longer (my friend got his in two years).

Yes ordered notes, they haven't started anything so far

1. Eligibility = 0
2. Medical = 0
3. Criminality = Progress
4. Security = 0

how many more months they required? many people got medical request atleast...

Each case is different. I know some people got their PPR in 9 months and some got their's in 24 months. A lot of people's files are still saying "Application Received" instead of "In Process". It'll come, no worries.

You can try contacting your MP if you are in Canada. The MP may be able to give you a better feedback on your case than the standard CIC response you have been getting. I know it is frustrating to wait....but there is nothing we can do about it :(

If I consult MP, will effect any negative on my file ?? how would my lawyer react ?

Contacting the MP won't have any negative impact on your file and I don't think your lawyer should have any objections too. The MP will check with CPP-O about your file and give you the feedback. I think it will give you some idea about whats going on...and probably make things a bit clearer than they presently are.

Thanks for all help.
