I know a lot of applicants who are still waiting to get their PR and they applied in 2011. I believe your file also got transferrred to Ottawa from Buffalo. Perhaps Ottawa office is still struggling on how to deal with those files, hence such a huge wait. This is just unfortunate. Hope you receive good news soon!
