I sent my application since 19 August 2014 and as per of DHL the package received on 22 August 2014 and as per of estimate time I should receive the payment deduction since 2 days but till date nothing how can know my status and any help on that matter

No, there's no way you could find out your application status now. Just wait a littlbe bit more. What's your NOC by the way?
