As of now, I never heard that there would be a denial after the passport request. And if your husband is already in canada, you have a great chance for approval. Yeah, if you are waiting for visa, it seems that you are waiting it for couple of years already. Nakaka-inip talaga mag-hintay. About your kid, just continue her schooling till time you have your visa. Just make an arrangement with the school regarding your situation. In my case, my son is still studying and he will stop his schooling maybe a month before our departure. Let's pray that our visa will arrive asap. God bless us all.

anybody help..sa mga nka pag pass n po ng ppr sa canadian embassy,just asking kung saan column ako maglalagay ng info ko sa appendix A about passport no,pp expiry date,height,eye color,status....kung sa applicant column ba o sa spouse? since wife ko ang nag petition sakin,,then kailangan b ako o yung wife ko ang mag sisign sa ibaba sa original signature of the principal applicant,salamat po.

Your wife is the sponsor but you are the principal applicant, right? If so, you should fill out the principal applicant column.

Goodluck to your new life in Canada. Are you also under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (Family or General)?
How long the processing took place from the time you submitted your application until the decision has been made? I'm just curious how long it takes before you get the visa.

thanks iza, your dm is ahead by two weeks i hope you can receive your visa this week. Sana ako before aug. 5 kasi pdos schedule ko un. Ano category mo? kasi nung nagregister ako pv2 nilagay ko tama b?

thanks dc, im under saskatchewan provincial nominee -skilled worker. I sent my required docs to embassy nov. 23, 09, so it took 8 months until dm. But it would be earlier if i receive my medical request dated december 09, it was lost in transit due to snail mail.

Once DM, its a good sign, definitely it will be approved unless if your passport is fake. If DM appears on your status before your medical or before you submitted your passport, its usually denied unless there is technical problem with the ecas.

Book your flight ahead so you can find cheap fare..Surely, your maple sticker will come soon in Gods time. Just pray a lot.

In my case, I recieved my visa 12working days from the time of DM .
