My spouse is with me in Canada (Quebec) we applied for PR and OWP at the same time. I as the sponsor received my AOR (then sent it to quebec to process my CSQ) now in regards of my spouse’s AOR we still didnt receive it. An agent from IRCC told me that in order to start processing the OWP for my husband needs to get his AOR and that he did not meet the critera (because missing his AOR!) But why is it taking so long to get his AOR? Is there a problem with the application? When i called IRCC an agent again they told me that it seems that all documents are received but she couldnt give me a timeline for AOR and thats whats missing. So what to do now? Is it normal? Did someone went through the same situation! Help im hopeless!
