tanong ko lang. don sa appendix A, single kce ako so don lang ako sa column ng applicant, leave ko lang ba ng blangko or lagyan ko ng N/A sa mga column an d ko an kailangn sagutan..

@ naka attached kce ang luma ko na passport sa existing passport passport ko, ok kaya an tangalin ko na ang luma and yung exsisting passport ko na lang ang send ko.

@ kce foreign worker ako d2 at and2 na ako sa canada attach ko pa ba sa passport ko ang valid work permit ko... maraming salamat..!

Hi Foxrolly,

Based from what I've read in the other forum, the old passport is not necessary. Those that include their old passport get all their passport upon return but only the recent one will have a visa stamped.

good evening po! I just came from work and trying to check my email baka me passport request from cem :'( :'( though i know n ppr is 1 to 2 mos and medicals was sent to cem may 31, 2010 lang.

I am surprised kc yesterday p me ppr n ako!!!! ;D in just 9 days,(cguro kya mabilis kc nadelay n ng 4 mos ung aor delivery ko snail kc) kinilabutan at mangiyakngiyak ako. Dami kong questions, unang una i still have the green passport, june 23 p schedule ko s dfa. Bibigay ko b ung old passport ko? Problema to, Hayyyyy...

Magiisip muna ako and will consult you. Daming sinabi s letter di ko p ma absorb (OA ko noh?). Sobrang gulat ko lang, parang di ako handa, kanina s dyip nageemote p ko tapos eto na. Hope you'll help me.

Truly that God is with us. At sa Kanya lng tayo magtiwala. We never know what are His plans for us but definitely it is for our good.

Sa lahat po ng naghihintay I believe darating dn ung time nyo. Just trust in God alone.

we have our medical exam last may 27. dra. timbol referred us to pulmonary doctor in Makati med cause she see kulane on my eldest dinamay nrin nya ung youngest ko. after the test my 2 sons are negative of primary complex. but we are having a problem on my 3 yrs old son. dra timbol refer us to neuro dev and psychologist due to his speech delay daw. but our pedia say ok lang daw kc marami nmn daw words na nababangit. but we need to do what dra. timbol says. we go to the neuro dev ( for autism test) she said that my son is normal but stubborn ( ngtantrums kc during test nya) she recommend us to do speech evaluation, optha clearance, hearing test and she said to enrol him to preschool for socialization and interaction. the psychologist say ok nmn daw ung son ko because nasasagot nmn most of the test over active lang. so hanggang ngayon sobrang busy kami pra lang macomplete ung mga clearance na hinahanap nila. hindi ko din matawagan si dra. timbol for follow up ng ME nmin. BTW sabi nya ihahabol nlng nya ung result ng neuro dev at psychologist. ipapasa nya ung ME with pulmonary after 10days. ang gastos. makakaaffect kya ung mga test sa son ko for our petition?.. thanks

Can anyone answer his query regarding the green passport?

Congrats! nmc I'm very happy for you. When will your green passport expire? Based from what I've read on the other forum green passport is still valid after 6 months your visa was issued.
Ex. PP sent June 11, 2010, CEM received and assessed your PP after a month ( July 11, 2010 ). Count six more months ( that is jan 2011 ) and see if your PP is still valid. On the otherhand it is not always after a month they do the assessment ( their processing time for visa issuance is 90 days ) so the date I've mentioned may changed to sept 11, 2010 and count six more months and that is March 2011. If your passport will expire beyond this date, I think it is still safe to send your green PP. Where in Canada are you planning to stay?

Hi Leeneljane,
I think that your son is normal and he undergo further med test required by the DMP already. I believe that those test will not affect your application for immigration. Keep up and stay positive.

Yup dapat hindi talaga mawalan ng pag-asa. Darating yan para sa ating lahat.

Anyway after 6 months from the date of your medical pwede na mag follow up yata. Tama ba??
