By the grace of GOD we have done our medicals today from Dr. Har Kamal Bagga Ludhiana.

It was easy.

first they took picture by their own to fill electronic form
then they took blood.
took eye test and measure height.
then urine.
this process was conducted by assistant.
Later doctor took physical exam and ask a few simple questions.
That's it.

then we went to other location for x-ray.

it was very simple.
no hurry .
be calm that's all.

Hi friends medical exam is not exam like our study so don't worry we have nothing to do except spending money. Rest work will carried out by doctors.

I have a query friends. My present residential address is different from the address mentioned in the Passport. If I apply for a PCC from Reginal passport office/Passport Seva Kendra:

1. How much time will be taken by Passport office to issue PCC?
2. Is a physical verification of the present residential address conducted by the Passport office?

I think if your present address differs from passport address then they will not issue PCC on the same day.
There will be a physical verification.

how much time it will take also depends upon your location city or town. If you want to make it faster then after submitting PCC form into PSK, go to your police station after one day of your area and do follow up...

They perform below checks:

-> first they take Picture with their Camera in order to verify that the individual appeared for Medical examination is the same person reflects in passport. (Their Medical Report to ND visa office goes along with the picture they took of person appeared)
-> Blood and Urine test.
-> Measure height, weight and eye test (take your spects alongwith irrespective long vision or reading glasses)
-> Doctor performs physical examination and ask few questions.
-> Chest X-ray

Take alongwith below:

1) Original Latest Passport
2) Old Original Passport (If applicable)
3) 2 Photocopies of passports
4) IMM 1017 letter copies
5) CIIP Invitation letter copies
6) Photographs (6 Nos)
7) Cash/Credit cards to pay Medical fee
8 ) Black color Ball pen

I have received the same.

Can I Submit the same for my police clearance or I need to get the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from PSK?

If I need to go to PSK please help me how to use this Police Verification Certificate (PVC) to get Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

Totally confused due to 40 months and yet waiting for canada...
