THEY MAY REQUEST MR IN FUTURE

I THINK MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN AFTER IN PROCESS DATE
OTHER WISE DUE DATE WAS AFTER 1 YEAR FROM IP DATE

NOW THERE IS ONLY BF'D DATE NO DUE DATE FOR MR

BUT THE DUE DATE FOR CASE IS 1.1.2015

Hi

As per CIC, PCC obtain from district police office is also valid, however, I think you want to be on very safer side, so you can visit PSK and take PVC along with you. As per me you need to fill online form for PCC.

This is valid for India only.

Once you will be there mention at every counter that you have obtained PVC from Local district Office of your area. I am sure that you will get PCC on the same day.

Mentioning that you have PVC from Local district office is very important at PSK as PSK people will be able see details of police verification online at their system when they them self issued PCC earlier.

Also, PCC can be issued on the same day in below mentioned scenarios

- PCC will be issued on the same day if your address in the passport and the address you are living is same.( in most of the cases. )

- PCC will be issued on the same day if your passport was issued within 2 to 2.5 years ago. If your passport is more older, then a police verification will be done and it will take around 15 to 25 days.

- Or if any Police Verification is done through Passport office in last 2 to 2.5 years for any reason then also PCC will be issued on the same day.

- If you have taken PCC for any country in last 2.5 years then also they will issue PCC on same day.

Also, PCC will not take to much time for verification, if in case PSK order for Police verification, then please contact your local police station after 3 to 4 days and ask them if they have received any order of police verification for PCC from PSK for you. This information is provided to me by Police officer who came for my verification and told me that everybody should contact police station if they have ordered PCC as it is ordered on urgent basis from PSK.

I have received the same.

Can I Submit the same for my police clearance or I need to get the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from PSK?

If I need to go to PSK please help me how to use this Police Verification Certificate (PVC) to get Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).

Couple of questions

1. The email starts "PLEASE READ NEW MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY - SENT TO YOU IN A SEPERATE EMAIL" what does that mean? I did not get a separate email yet. What would the separate email contain?

2. I had already paid for RPRF fees for spouse and myself at the then prevailing dollar rates ($490). Do I need to pay it again?


3. My kid's passport (he is now 4.5 years) his passport would expire in may-2015. Should I renew his passport again before sending medicals?

Hi Friend,
I have passed from same issue recently for providing PCC for Australia. PSK issue PCC country specific.
You need to apply through online form and directly walk to PSK. PSK will send inquiry to your police station and after attending inquiry you may get PCC in a week from PSK.
I was in believe that i will get PCC on same day but is not possible.... so please dont waste time and apply for PCC soon it is a process of atleast 3 weeks.
