Waiting for IELTS results-3rd June

Hi All,

This thread can be used for all those aspirants who gave their IELTS on 21st May and are now waiting for their results, which is to be declared on 3rd June tomorrow. Let's collaborate and help each other in case one score less than desirable score.

Is your result out? I have checked mine and I failed again in Writing task.

this is so frustrating as this is the second time.

God Damnn it. Even I got worst in Writing mine L is 8.5 R is 8 Speaking 8 and Writing 6.

What can we do now!!!

Was that an IDP one or British Council?

My exam was on May 21 in NC but haven't got the result yet, any ideas why?

i GAVE THROUGH idp. Does it make any difference?

Yeah, mine was in IDP

Even mine was an IDP one. Now, I will only try British Council. I have heard a lot of bad feedbacks about IDP and hence would not like to take any risk with my next exam.

Suggestion: You also go for British C. one this time instead of IDP.

Hi friends, result was bad for me got 6.5 in writing and 6.5 in speaking. I'm still in shock that how come I got 6.5, I though I have written a very good easy and was easily expecting 8. I had also given British Council exam once logn time back and scored 7.5 in writing in that one thought IDP would be easier but this turned out to be more difficult.


We can create a watsapp group to help each other with IELTS, if interested.

Hi guys,

I had given my test on 25th June. Today, being the 13th day, the results have come out for many. IDP informs me in the morning that some of the test partners have the right to withhold some of the results, without any clarity on the date of declaration. And I cannot see my results, clearly they meant me, but were suspiciously vague in their communication.

Knowing IDP India, they do not refrain from making the test-takers life hard for unknown reasons. I hope I am wrong that there is no conspiracy, but I am seriously afraid of getting an unfair and/or delayed result.

I literally have nowhere to go & would really appreciate any help. Please lets collaborate fellow test-takers.

Hi, even I gave on 25 June Delhi centre. My result is also withheld by Ielts. I received a mail in the morning inform me about investigation. Don't know what could be the reason. What was your centre?
