My parents were deemed Inadmissible by CBSA and now we are waiting for the admissibility hearing in front of an Immigration Division (ID) judge. It has been 2.5 months since the CBSA forwarded their case to the ID and we haven't heard anything since then.
Does anyone have any experience with such cases and how long the wait can be for the hearing to be scheduled?
This is not an asylum case, they were entering Canada on a Super Visa and were deemed inadmissible based on my father's job back home.
