Hello Guys!

Here's my timeline:

App Received: 02 December
Upfront medical sent: 20 May
Sent an email to CIC to ask whats going on and why they didnt acknowledge my Medicals: 15 June
Status on Ecas added medicals received: 17 June
Paid upfront RFPR: July 1th

STATUS IS STILL UNDER APPLICATION RECEIVED!

My Question is, do you guys think that I am going to be ok? Since there were no additional documents requested and i got the medical received status, is it like just a matter of time to receive PR? (Screening process done?)

You're waiting for a long time? Are we talking about December 2013? That's not a long time my friend, there's
still applications from April 2013 pending. Sit tight and your turn will come.

Relax Bro there are many people like me and others waiting from far previous months for any kind of communication from CIC.
Just relax and hold on you will definitely hear from them one day.

A very brief look at the spreadsheet tells us that only a handful of the December cohort are 'In Progress'. So your application seems to be taking about the average amount of time.

If you expected 'In Progress' to happen earlier because you sent medicals and RPRF upfront, I doubt it, because those items are requested while your case is in progress, not before.

The fact that they acknowledged your medicals has no effect on whether they will request additional documents once your case is in progress.
