Wait for FBI Certificate?

I have all my proof together, all my forms filled out and my medical exam done.

Do I wait for my FBI Certificate to arrive? My request for it arrived at the FBI building on September 27, 2010.

So should I wait for the certificate or send in my PR application now?

It's best to wait for it. Not sending it will cause a delay when they request it later.

I would wait til it arrives unless you have some other reasons you must send in the PR applicaiton now. I had to sent mine w/out since the foreign background check was expiring but if it didn't I would have waited.

If you decide not to wait for the certificate arrive, you should know that you will end up waiting to send your FBI certificate to the CIC til you get your AOR with the immigraiton number. In my case that delayed my process by several weeks.

It has been 5 weeks since you submit the fingerprints, so I expect that to return w/in 2-4 weeks...so I would wait if I were you unless like I said above you have something expiring and you must submit now.
