Hi , i apply for humanitarian and compassionate and here is :
1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 15, 2017.

after 7 months later showing this :

2. We started processing your application on May 7, 2018.
and 5 months later still nothing more

Anyone knows anything about this ?
What is the next step?
How long more takes for next step?
Is normal ?

Im in a relationship and my partner want to sponsor me , should i do it? At this point? Or should wait?

H&C applications often take around 2 years to process. So you may still be waiting quite a while.

Not sure on what basis you applied for H&C - so hard to guess how this is going to work out for you.
