Hi everyone, I want to apply through the program Job Offer Stream foreign workers for Ontario, I meet all the criteria but the medium wage for my Noc 1311 bookkeeper is 21.83 h and my wage is just 17 h, I am not in the GTA in fact I am in a small City outside London Ontario and the company that I am working with is an small company... Shall I apply regardless my salary?....I talked with a lawyer over the phone he said that really doesn't matter if I am not under the legal 14h but when he wrote the report he said that have to be 21.83... so now I don't know what to do?
