VRT applied for in december and no news

I don't know if someone has been through the same problem, but I really start to be worried about my application.
I have applied on the 31st of december for a VRT online. And since then I didn't get any response.
I have filled the contact form two weeks ago and again no news.

Please let me know if you have advices or a phone number I can reach.
