The bigger issue is that it is only a 1 year WP so many employers may not want to invest in an employee for only 1 year. Sadly many are filing VOWP without grounds because IRCC is so overwhelmed they are approving most VOWPs. Some employers who are aware of VOWPs and immigration may not want o get involved in potential fraud.
