Vos/copr- indian passport

Hey,
I did not get my COPR in covid time. I have to apply for renewal of my indian passport which requires COPR. I applied for verification of status document on September 10th even though the website says processing time of 6 weeks, I have not gotten it. Any suggestions please as I have to travel to India urgently?
Also if anyone has applied this in September have you gotten it yet if you can share timelines
