Voluntarily sending additional proof

Since they have still not looked at our file I want to send some additional proof of our relationship (eg. boarding passes and photos from my last trip to see my husband). What is the best way to send?

- email - this is my preference
- CSE - this limits the size of what I can upload
- mail - I would rather not given the expense to courier anything to Africa

Can I, the sponsor, send it or must it come from my husband, the applicant?

There was a thread a few months ago saying sending additional proof could delay your application but there was never a consensus on this. Anymore thoughts on this from people who have done it recently? Has it helped or hurt how fast you were approved?

I sent by email. You can send by post as well.

Write a cover letter and include full information like name, UCI number, file number etc.

I haven't heard negative impact on sending additional proofs.
