Question: I have NOC 2171 throughout and working in canada since April 2015. I got promoted twice in Canada since 2015. Promotion was as follows April 2015- Dec 2015 - Team lead, Jan 2016-Dec 2018 - associate manager, Jan 2019 until now - manager. Do I need to break this promotion cycle into three rows in work history and get a letter from HR by breaking the roles as per the timeline (one letter breaking down the roles but having common roles and responsibility as it didn't change). e.g:

This is to verify xxx is an employee of this company and was working in Canada from April 2015. His work hrs is 40 and his Salary is $x,xx,xxx. His designations in the organization during his stay is
1) April 2015-Dec 2015 - Team Lead
2) Jan 2016-Dec 2018 - associate manager
3) Jan 2019 until now - manager

below are the R&R that he did during his tenure at this company

1) Had meetings with client team to clarify on change request requirements, timelines and costs
2 )...............
3)..............................
........

Please advise if this should be ok as it captures my designations breakdown and at the same time tells them that while my designation changed, the Roles and responsibilities remained the same.

Thanks.
