VO Transfer

I'm confused. When I called immigration I had a few questions. For fun I asked where my application would be transferred and the man told me my application would go to Mexico VO. But when I went online...

I'm applying from Ecuador...it says my application is supposed to go to Bogota Columbia. Is this normal?

Based on what I've seen people say on the forums, I would take every bit of information you get from the call center with a huge grain of salt. Half the time, it seems like the info they provide is wrong. I don't think the agents really have much access to info about applications. That's not to say that what you were told is wrong, but I would just keep that in mind.
