VO RROC - Applications after July 2022

Hello everyone,
I am AOR August 2022 (FSW-Outland)
After calling IRCC about two weeks ago, they told me that all assesments are done and my file is waiting for final decision, but no ppr til today.
Apparently, many files after July 2022 are in the same situation.
Di you have any idea when can we expect ppr? and why RROC takes so much time to give final decision and deliver ppr?

Après avoir appelé IRCC il y a environ deux semaines, ils m'ont dit que toutes les évaluations étaient faites et que mon dossier était en attente d'une décision finale, mais pas avant aujourd'hui.
Apparemment, de nombreux dossiers après juillet 2022 sont dans la même situation.
Di avez-vous une idée de quand pouvons-nous nous attendre à ppr ? et pourquoi RROC prend autant de temps pour rendre une décision finale et livrer ppr ?
