Any experience with Kitchener VO? How is their processing time?

My secondary VO is Vancouver. According to my GCMS notes, the primary visa office in Kitchener finalized my application in March, so it's currently waiting review by Vancouver

Hi, I am at this stage:
Got an email from PR Portal & logged in to:

1. Confirm that you are currently residing in Canada - DONE
2. Provide current mailing address in Canada - DONE
3. Upload a photo in digital format for PR Card - DONE

However, there's no update since I submitted everything asked on the PR portal on Sep 9/18/2023.

Congrats, you are almost there.

My file recently got moved to this office. My eligibility has not yet started and the background check is in progress. Do you know of other people who had this VO? What's the average processing time with this VO?
