Thanks For the reply bryanna.

As you mentioned I will provide my bank statement, NOA and employment letter . Only mine and not any of my husband docs.

One doubt is - Is it enough if I can alone sign the invitation letter for my in-laws or my husband should also need to sign in the invitation letter ???

Thanks again !
You must state the details of both yourself and your husband in the invitation letter. You can sign the invitation letter.... and you must include a copy of your marriage certificate

hi bryanna,

do you know what is processing time for online application? please share the info.

Thanks

@panc0021

Online TRV applications could be processed by visa office in the IRCC global visa office network.... and not necessarily by the nearest visa office.

You can check the processing times here:

Hi guys thanks for your help.
Now will you plz help me to know about the holidays in embassy as i applied on 23rd nov in vfs Chandigarh for trv but file is still in process

does anyone know how to extend visitor visa ? When one should apply for extension ?

Hi all,

We Our status just changed from TR to PR and now we would like to invite our parents as buying our first house.

There visit visa has been rejected twice.

Please advise should we apply for visit visa or super visa? We both have stable jobs & income and our parents can also show proof of funds

I think earlier it got rejected mainly due to the fact that we ourselves were on temporary visas..

What do you all suggest?

Hey guys

I applied for Canada visitors visa (TRV) paper based application from India (Chennai VFS) on 19th Dec 2016.
Got email confirmation from vfs on 20th Dec about application received and i linked my paper application online in CIC website.
Got my visa approved and passport dispatched on the 29th Dec.

HI JIJYROHINI.

CONGRATS. YOU GET TOO QUICK RESPONSE ON YOUR TRV.
DID YOU APPLY FOR YOUR SELF OR FOR PARENTS?

I DID APPLY FOR MY PARENTS ON 22DEC 2016 ONLINE APPLICATION METHOD. NO RESPONSE YET. ANY IDEA FOR ONLINE APPLICANTS.
LET ME KNOW.

THANKS

Hello everyone,

I really need help rightnow.

Question :

My parents applied for visiting visa through an agent and she made some spelling mistakes in the names in the family information forms.

They submitted the application online.

I am trying to contact them and trying to find a link to submit the amended forms but I dont find any link where I can submit the new forms.

Please suggest me, is there any way that I can submit the new forms or contact CIC and get this things corrected.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this one

Thanks in advance

best regards

Prashant.
