Visitors visa refusal

Hi,

I am an Australian citizen and so are my kids but my wife is Pakistani citizen. We are based in dubai for past 10 years from where I applied for my wife's Canada tourist visa twice but was rejected with the reason below. I have the option to appeal but i have already given a detailed explanation in my second application. I wish we could have a face to face interaction to figure out the real reason.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Well she attached all the required documents including my my Canadian Evisa. Since she is the resident of Dubai, she can only apply from here and not pakistan and she has demonstrated her strong ties but still got that reply.

What is your purpose of travel? is your whole family trying to go to Canada? She must show her ties to Pakistan and Dubai.

like i said if she holds Pakistan passport her application will be considered accordingly. its better u order GCMS notes and get to know the real reason of refusal and prepare your next application .

Someone who is living in Canada can apply for you ($5 CAD fee) or you can use 3rd party website. it takes around 30 days to get GCMS notes. Can you share timeline please.

Would add that ties should actually really be to Pakistan which is why people tend to have harder times getting approved while living in a 3rd country especially when residency in a country can easily be terminated if tied to employment.
