Visitors Visa from Nigeria... Help

Good day all

Please I have applied for my mother inlaw visiting Visa from Nigeria since February 2020 and biometric was completed same February 2020. and up till now I havent received any update. Last update was in March 2020 when application changed to reviewing of eligibility.
It has passed the processing time stated on cic website. I ordered for GCMS everything was complete except for Eligibity: which says Review required, Criminality is passed, Info sharing is completed. I also send webform without getting any reply. This is really frustrating.
Anyone awaiting this long to get a reply from IRCC

Does it say ’recommend pass’ in your notes?
At this point it doesn’t matter how you push them, they just haven’t started granting people normal TRVs.

No it didnt say Recommend Pass
It says Review required.

Then I guess you can only wait...
And there’s not much use to push them by sending webform....
