@legalfalcon My WP is been in the queue like everyone else since Sep 2020, I will have to be in Canada for the launch of the product in Dec 2021, Can I apply for Visit Visa in the meanwhile, or should I postpone the product launch?

You can sure apply for a visitor's visa if you meet the requirements, i.e. not entering Canada for work.
However, no can give you a time frame within which the application will be processed.
