I am also trying to apply for my moms visit visa to come to Canada I am a PR in Canada, I tried both new and old version and I got all the necessary forms such as the imm5645 aam5476 etc. however the issue I am having is the instructions under submitting application is saying on both versions that : you must be logged into your own account to submit an application. you cannot use another persons account.
So I want to know What am I doing wrong? I had created the the applications on both platforms using my own account.
Do I have to create an account with my moms name ( and using my email) and what ircc version should I use because on the ircc website I notice it says the new version is only for those who is applying for themselves however other persons on here is saying its better to use the new version.
I am very confused on how to move forward please help me kindly.
