Visitor Visa

Hi everyone I am going to apply visitor visa for my brothers who are outside Canada and I almost uploaded his all documents,should I have to upload the form 006?

Note believe there is currently an expectation of minimum stay of 15 days for visitors, 14 of which would be in isolation so maybe not a good time to plan a trip whilst travel restrictions are in place, but your/their decision obviously
