Hi Guys,
I really need your help, I’m in India and my girlfriend is in Canada. We are together since 8 years now, I want to propose her but I dont have visitor visa. In 2017 , I applied for visitor visa my sister and her husband sponsored me but it got rejected, At that time I dint mentioned my gf on the application. But , now she has applied for her PR but is on implied status so cant live the country so I was planning to surprise her. Is there any chance I can apply for visitor visa in this case , I doNt want her to know about my surprise so I’m using all the resources available to get the information.
Please help.
Harsh

1. Before you apply make sure you address first the reasons (indicated on your refusal letter) why you were previously rejected so it will not be the same issue on your new application.
2. You are not a minor hence, your sister and bro-in-law cannot sponsor you. All they can do is give you a letter of invitation. For format see this link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../services/visit-canada/letter-invitation.html
A letter of invitation does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa. Visa officers assess you to decide whether you meet the terms of Canada's immigration law.
3. Make sure that you have the following :
a valid purpose to visit Canada >> you cannot say your purpose is Tourism is you've never stepped out of your home country
strong ties >> a job, home, properties .. that will take you back to your home country
financially capability to travel >> enough funds
