Hello,
I am living in UK and planning to visit Canada for 2 weeks.
My visa application for student visa was refused back in few years ago ,would this effect my visitor visa application?
I am currently in full time job so what sort of document shoud i provide and how much fund should i have in my bank account for 2 weeks(me and my partner)

And lastly which website should i check to get some cheap price for flights?

All of ur helps are appreciated .

Depending why you were denied for a study permit, it shouldn't hamper you coming as a tourist. If they called you a criminal/terrorist, that will likely have a negative effect on your holiday ;)

Bring bank statements, return ticket, and travel plans.

Hi ,
thank for ur reply .
I was refused because of not meeting the requirement ,not having sufficient fund in my bank (that is what they said not true though )
The cost of the ticket is £400 ,so if i buy the return ticket and they don’t grant me visa i lose my money all of the money i have paid for the ticket. what do u suggest ?
I am thinking of taking the following document with me :
Bank statement with the balance of £1200 (i want to stay in Canada for 2 weeks)
Letter from my employer.Payslip.Passport.App form .photo .invitation letter from my family in canada.
I have few questions as follow and will appreciate any helps:
I am from Dubi and i know that i need to fill a extra form which is for some nationality and dubi is part of it .my question is ,if i am living in the UK but are from Dubi ,do i still have to fill the form ?
On the application form it is asking whether if i have ever applied for visa or not (Section 12F)
and then further down the form it is asking to provide a relevant information if my answer was yes to 12f.
What should write in there ?shall i just write that i was refused and was not granted a visa or do i need to them what the reason was?
Ad finally please let me know if there is any more information that would be good to provide to support my application .

also do i need to fill a seperate form for my partner ?
and lastly how long would it normally take for Canada Embassy to give me the result?

hello,
collect as much proof as possible. as for the returned ticket - I guess there's some opportunity to have it booked without paying. They just want to see that you intent to return back.
As far as I know if you apply in person, you will get reply about your visitor's visa application right the same morning you aapplied.
have a good luck
