Anyone can please enlighten me with my queries .
My niece is a 32 y/o and she has good and stable job in my country.
She wanted to apply a visit visa in Canada and she wanted to bring her retired parents with her my question is would be ok if she will be the principal applicant and her parents will be her dependent and she will sign the IMM 5713.

Yes, she can be the principal applicant.

Are they her dependants? If so then it is going to be a tricky TRV unless she can prove it, and show enough income/savings to afford the trip.
