Visitor Visa using old portal VS new Portal?

Hey guys,

I hope this finds you all well.
I had a quick question and wanted to know you experience on this one.

"Should I apply for the visitor visa for my mom using OLD portal or NEW portal?" I have heard from someone that the NEW portal is full or rejections so I wanted to know you experience and in general any other suggestions are welcome.

The new portal runs on Chinook mostly [ from my personal experience of refusal and Judicial review to secure the TRV]

You can try GC key too

Turn around time in both places is anywhere from 1 week to 1 year case by case and of course luck. There is no timeline whatsoever
